What silence really costs

A missed call doesn't cost nothing. It costs a customer.

They don't leave a voicemail. They call the next name on their list. You'll never know that customer existed.

Une courtière immobilière au téléphone dans un condo montréalais.

You don't have a marketing problem. You have an answering problem.

Run the math, once

Example for a Montreal real estate broker:

Property sold
$525,000
Broker commission (≈ 2.5%)
$13,125
Missed calls per week
3

One of those calls a year, and the question answers itself.

Illustrative example based on a common commission rate. Your actual figures will vary.

Voicemail sells nothing

A polite wall in front of someone who was ready to buy.

First to answer wins

A hurried buyer doesn't pick the best. They pick the one who picked up.

Evenings are when it rings

Your customers search after their workday. Your office is closed.

Your questions

What people ask before saying yes.

Does it sound robotic?

That's the first thing people test, understandably. The voice is natural, it pauses, and it adapts to the caller's pace. But the only judge that matters is you: during the demo you call it yourself and hear the result before deciding anything.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep exactly the same number. We set up forwarding on the calls you don't answer — or on all of them, your choice. You can take back control at any time, without calling us.

What happens to my customers' data?

The calls and records are yours. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train a public model. You can export or delete everything on request. For transparency: our servers are currently hosted in the United States with a certified cloud provider — we tell you because Quebec's Law 25 gives you the right to know.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes to connect the line, then roughly 35 minutes to teach it your business. Most clients are live the same day.

What if Voxaria doesn't know the answer?

It doesn't guess. It takes the message, records the request precisely, and transfers the call to you live if you're available — or alerts you immediately if it's flagged urgent.

Does it work in French?

Yes, and it switches on its own based on the caller's language. In Montreal that isn't optional: an English-speaking customer who reaches a unilingual greeting hangs up.

How much does it cost?

Voxaria is in early access, and terms are set with each business based on call volume. We discuss it openly during the demo — no commitment, and no card required.

Hear it answer on your behalf.

Fifteen minutes, by video or phone. We configure a scenario for your business, you call in yourself, and you judge for yourself.
